These things are great!May 12, 2010
I bought these after buying these very disappointing sets of three small candles. They were awful. These are regular sized candles that you'd find anywhere. The only difference is they're battery powered. Three LEDs on top randomly flicker to create a sense of a flame. If viewed from the side, it looks very geniuine. The candles are made from a wax giving it a real candle feel. They even have a fragrance to them (though I'm not sure it's necessary). The fragrance was stronger when they were new. Either I've gotten used to them, or the smell has dissipated.
I think these are everything you'd hope for from a fake candle. I use rechargable batteries (that seem to last a very long time in them).
They really are great. If you're looking for a flameless candle....this is it.

Awesome product. This candle far exceeds any other purchases of fake candles I have made. The candle is scented and the scent does not fade. The flickering of the led lights inside is very real and the melted look adds to the realism. The can is flame-less, so very safe for around pets and children.

I have really enjoyed these candles. I bought them as a Christmas present for myself. I love candlelight but I am always afraid to burn real candles for fear I will go off and leave them burning and burn the house down or that my cat will knock them over with the same outcome. So these are perfect for me. They are so realistic and they smell great. I only wish they were remote control.
